It all begins with the assessment, learned through the CHEK
Institute.
The process will begin by performing a comprehensive physical assessment. This evaluation is multidisciplinary in nature, drawing from the fields of Strength and Conditioning, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, and Exercise Physiology. The testing protocol can include, but is not limited to, the following:
Health history
Posture
Spinal curvatures in both static and dynamic situations
Passive and Active range of motion (ROM)
Muscle Length-Tension relationships
Gait Analysis
Muscle recruitment abilities
Core stability
Program Design
Rob will then consider your current health and fitness status, the data from the above mentioned assessment, and your individual goals in designing a personalized stretching,conditioning,and exercise program.
Individual sessions
Clients can work with Rob in a one on one setting. The sessions usually last an hour and can be scheduled between 2-3 days a week.
Group Training
Clients can also work with Rob in a group setting. The group
can consist of three or four people.
